Spicy Chicken Spaghetti: How to make Spicy Chicken Spaghetti Step-by-Step [Easy Recipe]

 


Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients:

1.   Chicken bone less            ½ kg. 

     Or [minced meat]

2.   Ginger, garlic pastes        1 tbs

3.   Soya sauce                         1tbs.

4.   Cooking oil                         ¼ cup

5.   Onion                                 1medium

6.  Tomatoes                            20 medium

7.  Chili sauce                           1tbs.

8.   Vinegar                               2tbs.

9.   Garam Masala                   ½ tbs.

10.   Black pepper                    ½ tbs.

11.   Coriander powder         1 tbs.

12.   Oregano                           1 pinch.

13.   Water                        As per required       

14. Capsicum                    2 medium

15. Carrots                        2 medium


Preparation for Chicken

1.   Turn on the flame on a medium heat


2.   Add ½ cup cooking oil in the pan.


3.   Put 1 medium sized chopped onion in the pan.


4.  Stir fry until slightly brown.


5.   Add 2 tbs. of garlic and ginger paste.


6.  Put 20 medium sized peeled off tomatoes to make a tomato puree.


 7.  Put ½tbs. spoon red chili powder, salt as per taste, and ½ tbs.garam masala.


8.  Let cook for few minutes and add ¼ cup water.


9.  Put properly washed and cleaned bone less chicken in the pan.


10.  Cook tiny pieces of chicken for five minutes.


11.  Add 1tbs. Coriander powder, ½ tbs. Black pepper, 1tbs Chili sauce, 2tbs vinegar and 1tbs. Soya Sauce.


12.  Cook in the oil for five minutes.


13.  Let cook until water gets dried.


14. Add thin slices of Capsicum and Carrots.


15. Stir fry with the chicken till soften.


16.  Put a pinch of oregano and mix it properly.


17.  Keep the flame low and leave it for 2 minutes.


Spaghetti Preparation:

1.   Place strainer in a big pan.

2.   Boil water with the pinch of salt in it.

3.   When the water is hot put 2 tbs. cooking oil in it.

4.   Put 1 pack of Spaghetti in the boiling water.

5.   Boil till it gets soft and ready [Do not over soften]

6.   Turn off the flame and strain the hot water.

7. Rinse with cold water and strain properly to avoid stickiness.


Mixing

1.         Spread a layer of prepared chicken at the bottom of the pan.

2.         Spread Spaghetti, little amounts and gently mix with the tongs or large forks.

3.         Repeat the above till all the spaghetti is covered with the chicken and sauce.

4.         Garnish with fresh coriander or basil leaves.
