Chocolate Cake: How to bake a Chocolate Cake without oven [Recipe]

 

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

1.  Eggs                                     2

2.  Sugar                                   1, cup

3.  Cooking oil or butter        1/4cup

4.  All-purpose flour               1 cup.

5.  Baking powder                   1tbs.

6.  Coco powder               1/ 4 cup. [4tbs]

7.  Milk                                     ¼    cup

8.  Cream                                 2 tbs.

 

 

 Preparation for the baking.

  [Without Oven]


1.  Cut the butter paper larger than the size of the baking tray. [The paper should be coming out from the sides of the tray to take the cake out after done; the chocolate cake cannot be taken out by putting it upside down as it is a soft cake which can easily break while taking out. Larger butter paper will help to take it straightly out in the dish without breaking it. Or take the baking pan with the automatic opening lid to take the cake out just by removing the upper part.]


2.  Spread butter or cooking oil on the tray bottom and then on the butter paper having it fixed in the tray. Grease it well with the brush or with fingers.


3.  Have a cooking pot, the size of the tray to get the tray fit in properly.


4.  Place a stand for the tray to put on. [Any suitable stand or steal dish with low height] to maintain the heat level.


5.  Stove, on a low flame.

6.  A kitchen cloth or napkin to cover the pot.

Place the cooking pot on the stove with low flame, put the stand in and cover it with the well-fixed cover to keep the heat in. Pre heat the pot properly.

 


Preparation for the Cake Batter

       [Step by Step]

1.  Take 2 eggs.

Beat with the electric or hand beater till the texture is foamy and white in color.


2.  Add 1, cup sugar and beat well till it mixes well.


3.  Add ¼ cup Coco powder.


4.  Add 1/4, cup of cooking oil or melted butter beat well with the mixture of eggs and sugar to get properly mixed and beating.


5.  Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour in the mixture through the strainer to add fluffiness and more air to the flour.


6.  Mix it in the mixture with one hand folding method [The spatula or spoon or fork will be moved only one side, clock wise or anti clock wise to mix the mixture to keep a good amount of air in it.  Keep it clot or lumps free.


7.  Add 1tbs. baking powder with the flour.


8.  Add 2 tbs. Cream [fresh or pack]


9.  Mix everything well to get one string consistency.


10.  The consistency will be hard so to keep it thin, add milk ¼ cup or as required to have a proper consistency. [Neither too hard nor too thin]


11.  Pour this batter in the baking tray.


12. Tap the tray softly on the table to level the batter.


13.  Remove the bubbles from the top with the tooth pick.


14.      Place the baking tray in the pre-heated pot on the stand, level the tray properly.


15.     Cover the pot with a cover and then napkin to retain the heat in.


16.     Keep the flame really low [just a little bit more than zero]


17.     Leave it for one hour.


18.     Check it with the tooth pick.


19.     The brown color shows the readiness.


20.     Turn off the stove leave it for five minutes.


21.     Take out with the baking glove or napkin.


22. Spread chocolate syrup evenly onto the cake and do the icing with the whipped cream. [ If whipped cream is not available use plain cream]
