Mixed Dry Fruit(Nuts) Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1. Vanilla Essence               ½ tbs

2.  Sugar                                ½ cup

3.  Corn flour                        ½ tbs.   

4.  Milk                                  1 cup

5.  Whipping/Plain Cream   ½ cup

6.   Almond ground     ¼ cup-[2 ounces]

7.   Cashew nut finely ground

                                 ¼ cup-[2 ounces]

8.   Pistachio finely ground                       

                                 ¼ cup-[2 ounces]

9.   Coconut grated

                                  ¼ cup-[2 ounces]


Preparation of the syrup

1.   Add one cup milk

2.   Add 1/2cup, sugar

3.   Add ½ tbs. Corn flour.

4.   Mix all the ingredients well.

5.   Cook this mixture on a low flame to avoid burning.

6.   Stir the mixture constantly until thickens.

7.   Remove from the heat when gets enough thick.

8.   Let it Cool.

 

Note:

Condensed milk can be used, instead of preparing syrup. No cooking required.

 

Preparation Cream

1.   Take whipped Cream or plain cream [keep it in freezer for an hour or so to be really chill for best results]


2.   Beat it with the electric or hand beater till texture gets extra foamy.


3.   Mix syrup while beating consistently.


4.   Put ½ tbsp. Vanilla essence as well.


5.    Add mixed dry fruits while beating.


6.   Pour it into the pan, cover it properly   and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours.


7.   Scoop out garnish with dry fruit or coco chip.
