Donuts: How to make Delicious Donuts [Easy Recipe]

 


Doughnuts

Ingredients

1.         All- purpose flour  250 grams

2.         Yeast                       4grams

3.         Sugar                      30grams

4.         Milk powder         7grams

5.         Salt                          ½ tbs.

6.         Egg yolk                  1

7.         Liquid milk(cold)   140 grams

8.         Butter                     30grams


 


Preparation for Dough

1.         Take 250grams. all-purpose flour.

2.         Add 4grams yeast in it.

3.         Add 30grams sugar

4.         Add 7grams Milk powder.

5.         Add ½ tbs salt.

6.         Add 1 egg yolk.

7.         Add 140grams liquid cold milk.

8.         Mix together properly.

9.         Add 30 grams butter.

10.   Knead for 10-12 minute.

11.    Make small balls.

12.   Leave to rise for 20 minutes.

13.   Dust in dry flour to avoid stickiness.

14.   Give shape of 1inch height.

15.    Cut from the center a small round hole with the cutter.

16.   Place each on a separate butter paper.

17.   Cover with polythene to air tight. Or use air tight container.

18.   Leave for double rise, 45-50 minutes.

19.   Heat the oil.

20.   Fry over low heat.

      Dipping Options

1.  Dip in granulated sugar.

2.  Dip in chocolate syrup. [Spread it on]

 3.  Dip in milk syrup.
