Chicken Pizza: How to make a Chicken Pizza Without Oven [Recipe]

 



Chicken Pizza

1.     Dough preparation

Ingredients: 

1.         Yeast                                     ¼ tbs

2.          Water                                  1 cup         

3.          Salt                                     1 pinch

4.         Sugar                                     ½ tbsp.

5.         yogurt                                   1tbs

6.         Cooking oil                            1tbs.

7.         All-purpose flour                1cup

 

2.     Chicken for Topping

Ingredients:

1.         Chicken bone less  1/4 kg [250 grams]

2.         Yogurt                                     1tbs.

3.         Ginger, garlic paste            1 pinch             

4.         Soya sauce                             1tbs.

5.         Tikka masala                          1/2 tbsp

6.         Cooking oil                              3tbs.

7.          Water                        As per required.

 

3.     Pizza sauce

Ingredients:

1.   Chili garlic ketchup           ½ Cup

2.   Red chili flakes                  2pinches

3.   Salt                                      1pinch

4.   Oregano                             2pinch

5.  Coriander Powder             2pinch

6.  Black pepper                      1pinch

7.  Garam Masala Powder     1pinch          

     [Mixture of spices]

 

4.     Pizza Topping

Ingredients:

1.         Cheddar cheese grated 

                                        [As required]

2.         Mozzarella cheese      grated

                                        [As required]

3.         Onion                            1 small

4.         Tomatoes                      1small

5.         Capsicum                       1small

6.         Black olives                4

 

 


How to knead a Pizza Dough

Step by step:

1.         Take 1 cup of water add 1 tbsp. yeast mix and leave for ten minutes.

2.         Take 1 cup of all-purpose flour add 1tbsp. cooking oil, 1 tbsp. Yogurt and a pinch of salt.

3.         Add the yeast water in it and knead a dough properly.[Neither too soft nor too hard].

4.         Keep the dough in air tight bowl or cover it with the polythene sheet.

5.         Leave the dough for 2 hours in a room temperature.

 

Preparation For Chicken

1.        Take boneless chicken.

2.        Add 1 tbs. Yogurt.

3.        Add ½ tbs. Tikka masala.

4.        Add 1tbs Soya sauce.

5.        Add a pinch of garlic and ginger paste.


     Mix properly and leave for fifteen minutes for marinating.

Add 3tbs. cooking oil into the pan and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Add little amount of water to cook it properly.

Cover it and let cook for five minutes until gets dry.



Quick Pizza sauce Making

1.         Take ½ cup Chili garlic Ketchup.

2.         Add 2 pinches red chili flakes.

3.         Add 2pinches pinch of coriander powder.

4.         Add 2pinches oregano

5.         Add 2pinches of black pepper.

6.         Add 1 pinch garam masala

7.         Add 1 pinch salt.

Mix all the ingredients.




Preparation for the baking.

  [Without Oven]

1.   Cut the butter paper larger than the size of the baking tray. [The paper should be coming out from the sides of the tray to take the Pizza out after done; the Pizza cannot be taken out by putting it upside down as it is a soft which can easily break while taking out. Larger butter paper will help to take it straightly out in the dish without breaking it. Or take the baking pan with the automatic opening lid to take the cake out just by removing the upper part.]


2.   Spread butter or cooking oil on the tray bottom and then on the butter paper having it fixed in the tray. Grease it well with the brush or with fingers.


3.   Have a cooking pot, the size of the tray to get the tray fit in properly. [or simply dust the baking tray with the flour without butter paper]


4.   Place a stand for the tray to put on. [Any suitable stand or steal dish with low height] to maintain the heat level.


5.   Stove, on a low flame.


6.   A kitchen cloth or napkin to cover the pot.


Place the cooking pot on the stove keeping the flame low, put the stand in and cover it with the well-fixed cover to keep the heat in. Pre heat the pot properly.


Preparation of Topping the Dough:

1.         Spread pizza dough on to the tray and shape it, leaving edges a bit thicker.


2.         Put fork slightly to have tiny holes on the dough so that it should not rise more than needed.


3.         Spread pizza sauce on the dough leaving the edges.


4.         Spread cheddar cheese on the dough.


5.         Spread pre-prepared chicken.


6.         Keep on layering of Mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on to the dough.


7.         Place tomatoes, thin slices, onions, capsicum and olives on the cheese.


8.          Place Pizza tray in the pre heated cooking pot.


9.          Keep flame really low.


10.   Cover the pot with the kitchen cloth or napkin.


11.   Let cook for 50 minutes.

[Do not overcook]

 

Take out with the oven gloves or any clean cloth.

Enjoy Delicious Home Made pizza.
