Chicken Baked Pasta: How to bake Chicken Pasta Without Oven [Recipe]

 


Baked Pasta

 Ingredients:

1.         Pasta (macaroni)               1 pack

 

2.         Cheddar cheese grated 

                                             [As required]

3.         Mozzarella cheese grated

                                       [As required]


Two ways of Topping preparation.

Topping # 1

Chicken for Filling

Ingredients:

1.   Chicken bone less              ½ kg.                                                              

2.   Ginger, garlic pastes         1tbs

3.   Soya sauce                        1tbs.

4.   Cooking oil                       ½cup                             

5.   Onion                                2 medium

6.  Tomatoes                            6 medium

7.  Chili sauce                          1tbs.

8.   Vinegar                                2tbs.

9.   Garam Masala                    ½ tbs.

10.   Black pepper                     ½ tbs.

11.   Coriander powder              1 tbs.

12.   Oregano                              1 pinch.

13.   Water                     [As per required]       

 

Preparation For Chicken

1.   Turn on the flame on a medium heat.


2.   Add ½ cup cooking oil in the pan.


3.   Put 2 medium sized chopped onions in the pan.


4. Stir fry until slightly brown. 


5.   Add 2 tbs. of garlic and ginger paste.


6.  Put 6 medium sized tomatoes.


7.  Put  ½ spoon red chili powder, salt as per taste, and ½ tbs.garam masala.


8.  Let cook for few minutes and add ¼ cup water.


9.  Put properly washed and cleaned bone less chicken in the pan.


10.  Cook the chicken for five minutes.


11.  Add 1tbs. Coriander powder, ½ tbs. Black pepper, 1tbs Chili sauce, 2tbs vinegar and 1tbs. Soya Sauce.


12.  Cook in the oil for five minutes.


13.  Add water to soften.


14.  Let cook until water gets dried.


15.  Put a pinch of oregano and mix it properly.


16.  Keep the flame low and leave it for 2 minutes.


17.  After cooling turn the cooked chicken into tiny pieces or have it shredded for the layering on the pasta.


Pasta Preparation:

1.         Place strainer in a big pan.

2.         Boil water with the pinch of salt in it.

3.         When the water is hot put one tbs. cooking oil in it.

4.         Put 1 pack of pasta [macaroni] in the boiling water.

5.         Boil  till it gets soft and ready [Do not over soften]

6.         Turn off the flame and strain the hot water from the pasta.

7.         Pour cold water on it and strain properly to avoid stickiness.


Preparation for the baking.

  [Without Oven]

1.   Cut the butter paper larger than the size of the baking tray. [The paper should be coming out from the sides of the tray to take the Pasta out after done; the Pasta cannot be taken out by putting it upside down as it is a soft which can easily break while taking out. Larger butter paper will help to take it straightly out in the dish without breaking it. Or take the baking pan with the automatic opening lid to take the Pasta out just by removing the upper part.]

 

2.   Spread butter or cooking oil on the tray bottom and then on the butter paper having it fixed in the tray. Grease it well with the brush or with fingers.


3.   Have a cooking pot, the size of the tray to get the tray fit in properly.

 

4.   Place a stand for the tray to put on. [Any suitable stand or steal dish with low height] to maintain the heat level.


5.   Stove, on a low flame.


6.   A kitchen cloth or napkin to cover the pot.

 

Topping

1.         Spread a layer of grated cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.

2.         Spread a layer of shredded or small pieces of chicken.

3.         Keep on layering likewise that one layer of both the cheeses and the other layer of prepared chicken.

4.         Spread a hand full of cheese at the top to have a beautiful look.

5.         Keep the flame low to avoid the burning as everything is already cooked.

6.         Place the tray in the pre- heated pan for 5-8 minutes to have the cheese melted properly.

7.         Turn off the stove and take the tray out.

8.         Let it cool for five minutes so the melted cheese gets settled at the top.


Enjoy delicious extra cheesy Baked Pasta.



  Topping # 2

Chicken for Topping

Ingredients:

1.   Chicken bone less                 ½ Kg.

2.   Yogurt                                     1tbs.

3.   Ginger, garlic paste              1pinch

4.   Soya sauce                             1tbs.

5.   Tikka masala                          1/2 tbsp

6.   Cooking oil                              3tbs.

7.   Water                        As per required.

 

Preparation  for the Chicken

1.   Take boneless chicken.

2.   Add 1 tbs. Yogurt.

3.   Add ½ tbs. Tikka masala.

4.   Add 1tbs Soya sauce.

5.   Add a pinch of garlic and ginger paste.


     Mix properly and leave for fifteen minutes for marinating.

Add 3tbs. cooking oil into the pan and stir fry for 5 minutes.


Add little amount of water to cook it properly.

Cover it and let cook for five minutes until gets dry.


Pasta Topping

Ingredients:

1.   Cheddar cheese grated 

                                        [As required]

2.   Mozzarella cheese grated

                                        [As required]

3.   Onion                            1 small

4.   Tomatoes                      1small

5.   Capsicum                       1small

 

      1.  Spread cheeses on the tray.

       2. Spread pre-prepared chicken.

       3. Keep on layering of Mozzarella cheese               and cheddar cheese on to with Pasta.

       4. Place tomatoes, thin slices, onions and               capsicum on the cheese with each layer             of chicken and cheese. 


Note:  The rest of the recipe is same as above.

 

Delicious Baked Pasta.

You can serve it hot or cold, tastes delicious any way.
